Members of the Madison Area Mechanical and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (MSC) and the Madison Association of Plumbing Contractors (MAPC) worked hard throughout 2020 and we are highlighting some of their accomplishments.

1901 Inc. – Building Expansion and Addition of Electrical and Controls Departments, and Fire Protection Services

In 2020, 1901 Inc. added an Electrical Department, Controls Department, and Fire Protection Services. This growth has pushed the company into a building expansion. 1901 Inc. purchased a second 37,860 square foot building and are currently working on remodeling the 1901 home office. Included in this remodel/expansion are: 20+ new construction offices; a larger conference room that can accommodate trainings; an addition to both the piping/plumbing fabrication area and the sheet metal fabrication shop.
